SHIPPING & ORDERING
Standard Delivery:
All orders are filled within 48 hours. Pending order
verification and credit approval, shipping delivery time is
approximately 7 – 10 business days (excluding holidays). Keep
in mind when determining shipping times, the day your items
ship is not counted as a shipping day. If you need your order
by a specific date, please allow for arrival a few days before
your celebration or event. We use the following vendors for
shipping:

Delivery to Alaska , Hawaii , US Territories and any P.O.
Boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Please allow anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Expedited and Express Delivery options are not available to
P.O. Boxes.
Please note that Specialty Collection biscuits are shipped by
the following schedule:
September 15 – May 15: Regular Shipping
May 16 – September 14: 2nd Day Air
Becca\'s Barkery guarantees our Specialty Collection biscuits
if shipped by the above schedule. We will not guarantee
against heat damage if not shipped by this schedule.
Canadian & International Orders
If you wish to ship an order
outside the U.S. please call us at 703-608-5347, email us at

or fax us at 703-543-8657 and we will be happy to assist
you. Please note that we are sorry, but we cannot be
responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are
shipped to an international destination. When placing an
international order from Becca\'s Barkery, you will be the
importer of record and will be responsible for all import
fees, levies, duties, taxes and other charges.

before taxes. Additional charges may apply to oversized items.

Return Policy
Shipments are carefully inspected
before leaving our premises; however, if you are dissatisfied
with a purchase it can be returned for merchandise exchange
within 14 days of receipt via mail. We do not accept returns
COD. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All Sale merchandise
and perishable items are final sales and cannot be exchanged
or returned. Please note that custom, monogrammed and special
orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
To return an item:
The item must be in its original
condition and packaging. Please make sure that you include the
original packing slip and include the reason for return and/or
item exchange. Obtain a delivery confirmation and insure the
package for tracking purposes either via UPS, Federal Express,
or the Postal Service and mail to:

Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of
returns. IMPORTANT: Shipping fees for returns are not

Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please call us
at 703-608-5347 within 24 hours or receipt. We will issue you
an authorization number. We are not responsible for any
damaged or defective merchandise sent back without prior
approval.
Cancellation or Order Change
Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as
long as they have not been shipped. To change or cancel an
order please contact us at info@beccasbarkery.com or call us 703-608-5347. Please note that custom,
monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled or

Becca\'s Barkery treats are baked
fresh daily using only all-natural, human-grade ingredients.
Our Specialty Collection biscuits are hand-decorated just for
you and your furry person! We never use additives or
preservatives and we never add any salt, sugar or butter. For

FAQ\'s
What is the shelf life of
your Crunchies biscuits and how
do they need to be stored?
Just like your local bakery, we
bake our treats fresh daily to give you the best quality
treats upon arrival. Our Crunchies biscuits do not need to be
refrigerated and will last up to 6 months in their original
container at room temperature. Please note that they do not
like any type of Ziploc baggie. Contrary to popular belief,
this will hasten their demise instead of keeping them fresh.
Simply leave them in their original container that they were
shipped in and they will be happy for up to 6 months. Also,
please take care not to leave treats decorated with yogurt or
carob in high temperature conditions.
What is the shelf life of your
Softies biscuits and how do they
need to be stored?
Again, just like your local bakery
we bake our treats fresh daily to give you the best quality
treats upon arrival. Our Softies biscuits need to be either
refrigerated or frozen.
For optimal freshness, place the
Softies biscuits in the freezer upon arrival. Stored in your
freezer, our Softies biscuits stay yummy for up to 3 months –
but we know you\'re furry person won\'t let you keep them that
long! When you are ready to give a Softies biscuit, simply
remove one or two from the freezer and let stand on your
counter for approximately 15 minutes or so. VERY IMPORTANT –
do not unthaw in microwave as this will make the biscuit very
hard!
Generally, our Softies biscuits
are gobbled-up with delight much sooner than 3 months! Stored
in your refrigerator, they will stay soft for approximately 7
days.
Why is there a different shipping schedule for the
Specialty Collection biscuits?
Our Specialty Collection biscuits are hand-decorated just for
you and your furry person! We use only the finest quality
carob and yogurt to decorate these biscuits. As such, these
two ingredients are susceptible to heat. Therefore, please
note that Specialty Collection biscuits are shipped by the
following schedule:

Do you use preservatives in your
treats and are the ingredients safe for dogs?
Our treats are baked fresh daily in our bakery using only
all-natural, human-grade ingredients. We never use additives
or preservatives and we never add any salt, sugar or butter to
our biscuits. Our Specialty Collection treats are
hand-decorated with carob and/or yogurt (no chocolate is ever
used). For specific ingredients used in each of our treats, go
to the treat\'s item description in our online store where the
ingredients are listed for each particular treat.
After I place an order how long does it take to process my
order and ship?
All orders are filled within 48
hours. Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday. Keep in mind
when determining shipping times, the day your items ship in
not counted as a shipped day. If you need your order by a
specific date, please allow for arrival a few days before your
celebration or event.
Do you offer gift options?
You can send a
gift to a friend\'s dog or your dog\'s friends! All of our
treats come in beautiful packaging which makes a nice gift
presentation. If you would like to send a brief note with your
gift, please include your message in the comment section upon
checkout. We will include your personalized note with your
gift recipient\'s order. And rest assured, we include a
packing list with each order but no prices listed on it for
gift recipient viewing.
What if my order arrives damaged or I am
unsatisfied with the treats?
